Shipping Policy
Delivery Times:
We endeavor to deliver our products within 3 working days from order confirmation and have a high success rate, with regards to this. However, there might be slight delays with orders received from outside Dhaka city.
Our working days are Sunday – Thursday.
LOAF Sketchbooks and Notebooks:
LOAF Sketchbooks and Notebooks are delivered in securely wrapped plastic packaging. In case of orders with multiple items, they will be packaged separately from one another.
LOAF Art Prints:
If purchased without frames:
- LOAF Art Prints (up to 12 x 16 inches) are shipped in flat cardboard envelopes.
- LOAF Art Prints (20 x 27 inches and onwards) are rolled and shipped in kraft tube boxes with end caps and/or appropriate equivalent packaging.
If purchased with frames:
- LOAF Art Prints (regardless of the size) will be shipped framed and will be secured in appropriate packaging to prevent damage or wear or tear.
We recommend against ordering framed Art Prints from outside Dhaka due to the higher risk of damage.

Refund Policy
Returns and Refunds Policy
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not process refunds of items that have been purchased.
- However, please kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible by using the “Contact Us” option on our website or by direct messaging us on Facebook or Instagram if any of our products reach you in a damaged state.
